All orders placed on our online ordering system are subject to our standard terms and conditions.

You will receive an automated order acknowledgement promptly after submitting your order. Please ensure that the products, quantities, Choice of DSD or PICKUP on your order is correct. If they are not, or you do not receive an acknowledgement, you are responsible for contacting sales@compdist.ca or 1-844-915-7233 as soon as possible to correct your order. No returns accepted after the order has been filled.

All orders are subject to change or cancellation, including but not limited to quantity adjustments due to inventory levels. Inventory may vary by location. You will be notified of any changes to your order as soon as possible.

Payment is due when you receive your product, subject to your account terms. All pricing is subject to change without notice. Totals do not include discounts, shipping or other fees or surcharges. See invoice for final pricing.

Same day orders are not available. Pick up orders must be submitted a minimum of 2 business days in advance. Please do not arrive to pick up your order without confirmation that it is ready. Delivery orders must be submitted by 2PM and a minimum of 2 business days prior to your regular scheduled delivery. All delivery orders will be delivered on your regularly scheduled delivery day unless otherwise arranged and must be submitted a minimum of 2 full business days in advance.
